据报道，土耳其著名的工程建造公司ENKA Insaat公司日前签署了一项价值约3.29亿欧元的在俄罗斯建造一个400兆瓦的混合循环天然气发电厂的初步协议。
ENKA Insaat公司还补充说，这个混合循环天然气发电厂将在2011年第3季度竣工投产。
