中国化学发布公告称，近日，公司所属全资控股子公司赛鼎工程有限公司与双鸭山龙煤天泰煤化工有限公司签署了双鸭山龙煤天泰煤制10万吨/年芳烃项目工程承包合同。
合同工期预计为36个月，合同总金额约23.3亿元，约占公司2012年营业收入的4.3%。
